Graffiti Girls takes place at the Peaches Finishing School for Young Ladies, an exclusive establishment where the Headmaster is determined the young ladies that are taught at his institution become the cream of society. Smythe and Warrington, two of the most disruptive pupils within the school, are lazing in the sun, both are very bored. Boredom is soon forgotten however when Warrington takes two cans of spray paint from her pocket, and suggests having a little fun by applying some graffiti to the patio windows. Fun soon turns to horror, however, when they are both caught by the Deputy Head. He proceeds to take them to the Headmaster's office to explain their actions. The Headmaster decides that, whilst expulsion is warranted, he does not want to admit defeat with these two girls. He gives them a stern rebuke while the Deputy Head is seeking their parent's permission for the proposed punishment. The Headmaster tells both girls that they are to receive the harshest punishment ever to be administered within the school and, with full permission from their parents, the punishment begins. Both girls are taken over the knees of the Headmaster and Deputy where they are given a thorough spanking. This soon has both girls uttering words of complaint and pleas to halt this undignified action. After the spanking they are both sent to the wall with their skirts raised. This part of the punishment has soon been quickly forgotten, as both girls cannot resist talking and fidgeting. As their idle hands had got them into so much trouble, both girls have to endure having their hands strapped, again by both Headmaster and Deputy. This causes them great pain and consternation, and as they return to their positions facing the wall, they both think they have got off lightly - so are still defiant and again rub each other's bottoms. They are soon called back and bent over the table together, where we see the Head and Deputy give them a severe spanking before being told that they are to receive a hard tawsing on their already burning bottoms. This soon brings them both close to tears. The Headmaster then demonstrates the swish of the cane in front of Smythe, who still has to add her bit of insolence. He, however, is determined to give both girls an attitude adjustment and is adept at applying this painful measure to the deserving bottoms of wayward young ladies. Both girls are soon given a prolonged caning; again by both the Headmaster and Deputy. In a last act of humiliation, both girls are taken outside, still in only their stockings and instructed to clean the windows, leaving you a wonderful shot of two thoroughly punished bottoms.
